2. Our Services

LowerBerth provides the following services:

  • Train Ticket Booking: As an IRCTC authorized agent, we book railway tickets on your behalf
  • Bus Ticket Booking: Booking services for various bus operators
  • Flight Ticket Booking: Domestic and international flight bookings
  • Government Services: Digital Seva / CSC services for government documentation

3. Booking Process

3.1 Information Accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate passenger information including names, age, gender, and ID proof details. Incorrect information may result in ticket rejection or penalties as per railway/transport operator rules.

3.2 Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only when:

  • We receive full payment
  • The ticket is successfully issued by IRCTC/operator
  • You receive a confirmation message with PNR/booking ID

3.3 Waiting List & RAC Tickets

For Waiting List (WL) or RAC tickets, confirmation is subject to availability and cancellation by other passengers. We cannot guarantee confirmation of WL/RAC tickets.

4. Service Charges

Our service charges are as follows:

  • Train Tickets: Service fee as displayed at the time of booking
  • Tatkal Booking: Additional charge for Tatkal quota bookings
  • Bus/Flight: Service fee varies by operator and route

Service charges are non-refundable and are charged for our booking assistance, regardless of ticket confirmation status.

5. Payment Terms

  • Full payment must be made before ticket booking
  • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and card payments
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • GST is applicable as per government regulations

7. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respect our staff and maintain courteous communication

  • Process refunds as per our refund policy

9. Limitations of Liability

LowerBerth is not liable for:

  • Train/bus/flight delays, cancellations, or rescheduling by operators
  • IRCTC website or server issues affecting bookings
  • Non-confirmation of waitlisted tickets
  • Changes in government policies or fares
  • Loss or damage during travel
  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by customers

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the LowerBerth website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is our property or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

11. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use automated tools to scrape or copy content
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Interfere with website functionality

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through:

  1. Direct Communication: Contact us first to resolve issues amicably
  2. Mediation: If unresolved, parties may agree to mediation
